Who's Who?

The Soil and Water Conservation Department was declared as a full fledged Department by the Government of Mizoram on 18.10.1985, and since then the Department has been expanded to 5(five) more S.C Divisions, Research Institute,  Engineering Division and 36 Nos. S.C. Ranges. Our main objective is proper land use through Soil & Water Conservation techniques and procedures.
